Speedy, Accurate, Excellect ValueThe goods I ordered arrived very speedily and accurately (and cheaper than anywhere else). One item (some boots) didn't fit and I returned them and received the refund very promptly. The Collect-Plus system was great, saving postage for the return and faffing-around at a post-office. My only slight criticism was that when I left a 'phone message I didn't get a call back - otherwise it would have been five stars.

I have worn size nine since approx 1950 so y do i have send back for size10 and pay posti found them quite good i think 9 should mean 9 now i am out of pocket i had to order another pair and repay which i did not like being a O A P i HAVE TO WATCH THE ¡ê
