Terrible Quality of jacketI ordered a NY Bombers jacket and after about a week the buttons fell of. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of quality of this jacket. I hope that this never happens with anything else.

Easy to use and speedyI had heard that FitFlops where supposed to be great and I was looking for a comfortable pair of boots.I am usually a 5.5, but an American website had said that their boots were generous, and I had used the cut out foot sizer and decided to go for a size 5 - Wrong! So I received them, realised that they weren't right and sent them straight back.I had my new boots in a size 6, within 7 days and that included a Bank Holiday. Excellent service and made returns so easy. Get your FitFlops here. Great choice, great brand and great service :-)

Shoe is not in stock Last time I had order 3 pairs of shoes from Denmark but I received only 2 pairs of shoes because 1 pairs of shoe was not in stock. Ofcause I will get refund. I have to ask for discound for my next order and Shoetique give 10% discound. But I do not happy for that. I would like to get free delivery for my next order too because last time I had order 3 pairs of shoes then the third one got free delivery. My order reference: WEB66905

02 December 2012 <br/> Prompt and considerate service What an excellent service. I ordered a T-shirt in large and it arrived in a medium. However, the customer service was excellent and I received another one free of charge the next day. The service was extremely efficient, the ordering process simple to use and the T-shirt quality excellent. Despite the hitch, I would definitely use this company again because they dealt so well with the problem and the results were of a very high quality. Excellent customer service from LauraThe boots I purchased were the best price I could find on the internet, due to the one day Christmas offer price. Following my first purchase, Shoetique had also sent me a ¡ê10 off my next order loyalty voucher, which made them even cheaper! The boots were despatched and I received them the next day - good customer service. Unfortunately the boots were sub-standard so I contacted Shoetique customer services and Laura personally attended to the problem, including checking the replacement pair to ensure they were perfect. The replacement pair was despatched to me a soon as I had a certificate of posting for the faulty pair.
