03 January 2012 Great handles/terrible screws and fiddly packaging. Handles were great value and good quality. However we had to use our own screws as ones provided were awful. Tryin to open the packaging was both fiddly and very time consuming with the plastic attachment breaking off in some of the handles.

Good retailerEverything worked as it should do. Was impressed by the courier they used; I received text and email updates; was able to select delivery slot and was texted the day of delivery with narrower delivery window.

Simply great service - what else do you want?Not much else to say. The website is easy to work, the available stock feature is very useful (and very frustrating on other sites where you only find out at the checkout). I can read the prices ;-) and they're fair. A good shopping experience. Fast efficient service.
