My Little Red Riding Hood can now face anythingeven wolves! My wife has been looking for a hooded red soft woollen raglan sleeved coat for as long as we've been married. Thanks to Jules B I am spared any more futile shopping trips....until she needs glass slippers, she says.The speed of delivery, quality of packaging, and the amount of detail on the Jules B website were all excellent .I am impressed.

Quick delivery but the item i like is not included and still available on the website the reason why i order because of the blue traxx shoes w/c is available and add 3 other shoes but i'm not happy when i recieved the delivery the item i like is not included and theres a written note that its not available on that color and will refund the item, check my card after a week no refund happen for that item i need to call and inform about this i'm not happy with the service i got for shotique this time regarding my order so dissapointing coz after a week the item i like still available on the website.

Good Product and Great Post Delivery Customer Service T'BootHockey stick ordered and delivered on date indicated. No issues with stick, quality at a good price. Slight issue over delivery arrangements which was brought to the companies attention. What I did like was that within 24 hours I received a telephone call from the company to fully understand the issue and promised to look into and update me. True to their word I received a further call to give me actions taken to improve their web site and customer service. In an era when you hear of poor customer service and companies not interested in the customer it was a 'breath of fresh air' to see a company like Barrington Sports caring about a customer and making you feel wanted even better that this being driven by the directors themselves. This is one very satisfied customer.
