25 January 2012 <br/><br/> This is the first we have heard of this issue and the customer is certainly entitled to a full refund or replacement as per our 100% money back guarantee policy which has always been valid for 30 days (not '10 days'). This customer's order was ordered on 6th Oct 11 and dispatched on 10th Oct 11 (not 'several weeks'). The customer has also been called and emailed today by our manager to discuss this matter and along with the refund has been offered a replacement t-shirt. The large number of issues listed here are extremely abnormal and our money back policy is clearly shown on our homepage. G

Great website This website has a really great range of shoes .... It's easy to use and order. My order arrived really quickly and was well packaged. the only difficulty when buying shoes online is the fit .... Mine do fit ... Just ... I'd probably have tried on two sizes in shop ... But didn't want to send these back in case another size wasn't right. But other than that ... Great!

Did a fabulous job given that I had no artwork; so with some input from me and creativity from them that was resolved beautifully. Good lead time and super product. My only gripe was that when I went to collect my order I received cursory treatment and made not particularly welcome.
