11 November 2011 Excellent customer service One of my door handles was faulty and Angela in the customer service dept arranged for the handle company to send me a replacement without me having to send it back. She kept in touch by e-mail until the problem was sorted. I'm very pleased with the door handles and especially with the customer service.

Bargain prices, speedy service, and free delivery!! Really pleased with this company; I ordered a pair of Fitflops at a bargain price of ¡ê34.99 (reduced from ¡ê85), ordering process was fast and easy, parcel delivered on time (two working )days later, and - the best bit - no delivery charge!
