PHENOMINAL First time I've used the site. Easy to use, had just what I wanted at a FAB price. Two days later I had my shoes!!! Got a text telling me they would arrive on Saturday - they did!! Would use them again and again and have told everyone I know about them.

Effiicient and trustworthy serviceOrdered a jacket online over Christmas rather than face the London sales crowds. Regular email updates from JulesB with delivery date and time given - to the hour! Well done for using DPD couriers, if only all delivery services were this good! Item was well packaged and the order was completed with a money-off voucher for future purchases (I'd tried using a voucher code from a previous purchase on this order but it had unfortunately expired), otherwise 10 out of 10.
