Phenomenal, consistent qualityNo improvements can be made to your shoes - they are already the best. I have re-ordered at least 5 times already and have no plans of switching. The only improvement that could be made to your service would be tracking information. As an American dancer, ordering shoes overseas during competition season can be nerve-racking, so having access to the tracking information would give me peace of mind.

10 December 2011 Great product poor delivery Great products and good prices. Very disappointed that was being asked to pay delivery charge of ¡ê25 to deliver 2 cupboard knobsto the Isle of Skye. Even when I put in a Highland postcode on the mainland it was the same. In the end I had to get them delivered to my mother in law in Glasgow who then had to post them up. It's such a shame because this kind of thing really disappoints customers and puts them off. Especially when products are good. We should not be penalised for living in the Highlands. It's all UK. And couriers I know can charge more which means the supplier needs to pay more, but can't 2 cupboard knobs not be posted via Royal Mail?
