11 October 2011 Superb product and service all round Before placing my order I rang customer services with a query. The chap I spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful and telephoned me back with a lead time for a product that wasn't held in stock. Having placed the order the handles arrived in the time expected and were of high quality and very good value for money . I can highly recommend this company and have already done so to family and friends

07 August 2012 Excellent I am very happy with the products and the service, they are very helpful after placing my order they phoned me to point out that there is a product that I should of ordered for the handle but I haven't which was really helpful as I ordered it so when the builder came to fit the locks everything he needed was sent to me!
