First Class ServiceI ordered a pair of Adidas trainers in preparation for the new season and received them two days later.The service was excellent from start to finish. A quality picture on the website, great price, efficient checkout process, prompt delivery, good packaging and a great product - what more could you ask for ?

Quality wellies with speedy serviceCannot believe the speed of service, ordered on line and the wellies arrived next day (fantastic). Very pleased with description, exactly how described and an excellent quality product. Loved the website so easy to use. Would recommend without hesitation. Well done.

AAA Got the shoes I wanted next day and they price matched too. Excellent service xi TELEPHONED THIS COMPANY AND NOT ONLY DID THEY SEND THE SHOES NEXT DAY FREE DELIVERY BUT THEY PRICE MATCHED TOO. i FOUND THEM TO BE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND EXCELLENT.

02 January 2012 Excellent product but poor order administration I firstly tried to order on the website, but this failed as the product wouldn't add into my basket. I then placed the order by phone but was overcharged (for delivery) as there was a promotion of free delivery on orders over ¡ê50 running at the time. The saleslady agreed to cancel and reinvoice my order at the correct price, but 24 hours later this had not been done. I sent an email and after providing my credit card details again the order was reinput, but when the email confirmation came through, it had the wrong house name selected in the address. Having got this corrected, the product was despatched and delivered speedily. I have fitted it and am very pleased with it, despite all the hassle. The errors were all resolved speedily and courteously once I had pointed them out, but they shouldn'y really have arisen in the first place.

04 November 2012 Easy to order, quick delivery - good all round service. The door catches I ordered were very neat and easy to affix to the wardrobe doors. I couldn't find them in one of the bigger DIY shops but easier to order online now - will probably look on this site before High Street shops in future.
